FAQ

How do I transfer tickets to a new date?

All Non scanned/Unused general admission tickets are transferable to any other date within the same year, follow the steps below to complete this request.

Step 1: To view your order and change your tickets follow this link to create an account (using the SAME email you purchased your tickets with) in our Account Center, here: https://sweeteats.account.webconnex.com/

Step 2: Once you are logged in make a selection from the top (dark blue) menu bar titled “Tickets” (in white).

Step 3: Select the tickets you are trying to change/adjust. This will have an odd title name (Ex: 2023-1) but the correct date of your original purchase.

Step 4: Click “Edit” (green background/white text). *If you are attempting to make edits to an order that has a ticket date in the past or you are within 24 hours of check in, the system will not allow edits to be made to your order. In that case just show up on your preferred date before Jan 1, 2024 and we will do our best to check you in when you arrive. All General Admission tickets will be accepted on a later date before Jan 1st 2024, all you have to do is show up on your preferred date with your original tickets. However, if you have an *ADD ON (ex: baby bottle feeding, egg hunt, breakfast with Santa) there is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you on any other dates as space is limited. This will be on a first come first serve basis, just show up on your preferred date and we will let you know if we can accommodate you at that time. Note: The farm will issue a refund in the event of an act of God that causes the farm to close due to rain, flooding, ice, etc, during your original date.

Step 5: Select the date drop down (Ex: 01/01/2023), (white background/black text) and adjust your tickets to the preferred time/date of your visit.

Step 6: scroll back up to the top right of the page and click “Save Changes”

*Date change attended MUST be of equal or lesser value or you will be required to pay the difference.

* Tickets purchased anytime in 2023 must be used before Jan 1st, 2024. (Excluding Annual Memberships).

*NO REFUNDS

The farm closed due to rain on the date I was going to come. What do I do now?

All Non scanned/Unused tickets are transferable to any other date within the same year.

How do I acomplish this? Just show up on your preferred date before Jan 1, 2024 and we will do our best to check you in when you arrive. All General Admission tickets will be accepted on a later date before Jan 1st 2024, all you have to do is show up on your preferred date with your original tickets.

However, if you have an *ADD ON (ex: baby bottle feeding, brunch with the bunny. egg hunt, adult egg hunt, breakfast with Santa) there is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you on any other dates as space is limited. Due to this issue if you decide to come our on another date this will be treated as a first come first serve basis, just show up on your preferred date and we will let you know if we can accommodate you at that time. (*we are unable to answer if there is space via phone or email as this changes rapidly on the day of the events).

Due to the farm being closed on the date you were going to come out we will issue a refund upon request.

*The farm will only issue refunds in the event of an act of God that causes the farm to close due to rain, flooding, ice, etc, during your original date.

Are Y'all Organic?

We grow nutrient dense fruit; done responsibly; in an ecologically and ethical manner using practices that protect the environment and safeguard human health, but we are not certified organic.

There are a few things you may not have known about.. For example, did you know there is a whole host of synthetic compounds that can be used in certified organic farming? Did you know you can use non organic whey protein concentrate in a processed food and still sell it as organic?
